www.deckcheck.net/deck.php?id=30094The deck is designed around Scapeshift/Valakut. The miller time aspect is that you can add Boseiju, Who Shelters All and your combo auto-wins through any counter that are out (especially if you add Prismatic Omen). There can be some additional testing but I think this can be an auto-win turn 4-5. Creatures: 4 Sakura-Tribe Elder Instants/Sorceries: 3 Condescend 2 Harrow 2 Magma Jet 4 Peer Through Depths 4 Remand 2 Repeal 4 Rewind 4 Ponder 4 Scapeshift 4 Search for Tomorrow Land: 1 Breeding Pool 2 Forest 2 Island 4 Misty Rainforest 3 Mountain 1 Scalding Tarn 4 Steam Vents 4 Stomping Ground 2 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle

A few cards I think are missing from the above deck: Boseiju, Who Shelters All Coiling Oracle Worldly Counsel instead of Peer Through Depths (could go either way) Prismatic Omen
So this is the deck I am going to playtest with Carl on Wednesday:
Creatures (8): 4x Sakura-Tribe Elder 4x Coiling Oracle
Enchantments (3): 3x Prismatic Omen
Sorceries (12): 4x Search for Tomorrow 4x Scapeshift 4x Ponder
Instants (15): 3x Condescend 2x Harrow 4x Worldly Council 4x Remand 2x Repeal
Lands (25): 1x Breeding Pool 2x Forest 1x Island 4x Misty Rainforest 3x Mountain 1x Scalding Tarn 4x Steam Vents 4x Stomping Ground 2x Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle 2x Boseiju, Who Shelters All
I should also mention that if I wanted to play black, I could add Shred Memory (anti-Dredge/loam) and Clutch of the Undercity (anti-combo and ok vs Zoo). Both transmute into two of the kill cards I would be looking for: Prismatic Omen or Scapeshift. Even something like Muddle the Mixture would be good against Hypergenesis)

I like the Prismatic Omen idea - it makes it much easier to get Valakut active. I'm not quite sure that blue belongs in this deck.

I don't either. The thing with blue is that it allows you to search through your deck and find scapeshift/Prismatic Omen. Additionally, you can counter stuff to try to keep alive long enough to combo off.
And there is a limit to how fast you can combo off (you do need 6 lands).
Oh, and there are 63 cards in the deck so I need to cut 3 somewhere.
