Woolly Thoctar and Jungle Weaver need to get cut...they don't really contribute towards the theme of the deck, and vanilla bodies are just unplayable in this format. River Boa and Fireball are also pretty weak.
In their places, I would probably add Shiv's/Gaea's/Serra's Embrace from Urza's Saga, plus Monk Idealist for some more recursion.
The mana base could also use some work: +3 Vivid lands +1 Rupture Spire +1 Shivan Oasis +1 Elfhame Palace +1 Naya Panorama +1 Terramorphic Expanse +1 Evolving Wilds +1 Mountain Valley +1 Grasslands -9 basics
EDIT: Also, +3 Ravnica bounce-lands (Gruul Turf, etc), -3 basics.

nice suggestions, yeah wooly thoctar and jungle weaver were the two main ones I did not want to include, just couldn't think of replacements at the time. All the stuff you mentioned is far better as a substitute.
The landbase was an afterthought, so yeah there's a lot of common/uncommon lands that could probably go in. Those ones you listed are a good start.

I made the Uril deck yesterday (picked up some singles from Pegasus). It's not quite like the list above and it does actually have a few rares but it'll be a work in progress. Ryan was crushing me pretty hard (even though my deck is not tuned to be for 1v1), so I definitely have some revision to do.
I also will need to eventually get some of the lands you mentioned Travis, as the manabase is not quite as easy as it is with Kresh since I have some double-cc cards in certain colors.

In decks that tend to be equipment/aura heavy, I have found the Licids to be a useful addition. The most best licids are Tempting Licid and Nurturing Licid. Not helpful for this deck, but the Black fear licid and the Blue dominate licid are also awesome in their respective colors.
They are good in a deck like this because they are both enchantments to pump Uril and are creatures in a creature light deck (as additional equipment/aura targets).

Shiv's Embrace was randomly put into M11, so there should be some extras floating around the boxes in my room. I'll look for them tonight or something.

Travis, any chance you could bring a trailblazer's boots to EDH tonight? (Uncommon equip that gives nonbasic landwalk from zendikar). I should have a million of them in those zendikar boxes or in the zendikar binder. I think it will be functionally better for me in Uril then Whispersilk cloak as the "total shroud" was a problem when he was the only creature out (when I played Ryan). I'd usually want to hook up a bunch of enchantments to him but had to wait for a creature to unequip and then reequip the cloak.

Updated the OP with the list I had at Dan's last night and have had for a few weeks.
Like the update in the Sek'Kuar thread, I could really use some help tuning this and figuring out the kinks that are making it not as effective as I'd like it to be. Whether Uril is destined for 1v1 ville or not, I'd like to try and make this deck better in our group games. Also like the Sek'Kuar deck, I've been effective in less competitive games, but again I don't know if that's on account of better draws or less resistance.
Any help is duly appreciated, I'm really not sure where to go with this.

Umbra Mystic should probably go in here. Spearbreaker Behemoth would also protect Uril nicely.
When I've played against Uril, the most annoying ability he could have was trample. I usually didn't care if he had flying or protection from whatever colors or vigilance or even double-strike, but trample is the one thing that scared me, because it meant I could not chump-block him all day to prevent myself from taking massive damage. Therefore, I would say you should try to add more ways to give him trample, and cut some Auras that don't do that. For example, Boar Umbra and Snake Umbra seem pretty weak. I'd replace them with things like Gruul War Plow and Brawn.
Another card that might be good for you is Infiltration Lens. Uril seems a lot like an infect creature: opponents want to block him so they don't take damage, so punishing people for blocking seems like a good idea.
