Reliquary Tower is dirt cheap, yet I'm also having trouble finding more copies.
I'd put Phyrexian Delver in over one of the other recursion spells. It reminds me a lot of Karmic Guide, which is one of the best white cards in the format.
Nekrataal seems better than Executioner's Capsule - you get a 2/1 first strike body that's much easier to reanimate for just one more mana. Imagine the degenerate turn you could have by casting Torrent of Souls on Phyrexian Delver who brings Nekrataal with him.

Yeah Phyrexian Delver is good and I didn't think as much about the synergy of being able to return him vs a different reanimation card. My only issue would be which card to cut in the maindeck in order to fit him in, as the other reanimation spells all either target any graveyard or have some added bonuses built in (instant speed or haste). Beacon of Unrest seems to be the only one that could go out, but I like the fact that it also gets artifacts and that it's reusable.
So then it would mean taking something else out in the deck, not sure what though, I'm up for recommendations.
I think in that giant pile of boxes full of cards that I gave to you that there is a good number of reliquary towers. If you get a chance, is there any way you could look through them and snag 2 out (one for me and one for you)? I had most of those boxes organized by sets (to an extent) and I think the really huge box was organized by colors of which reliquary tower should be among the lands (might have been like the second row to the right in the box towards the back of the row). It'd probably be worth looking through at some point anyway as I'm sure you'd find goodies you could use.
I like the presence of an executioner's capsule on the table, that's one of the big pros going for it. Nekrataal however is also great in this deck. The main reason I didn't put him in the final list is because I was tight on room and already had the cheaper bone shredder and shriekmaw. I could see potentially making that switch out though, as it's far easier to abuse Nekrataal, especially with erratic portal in the deck.

I did not see the Portal in your list, so that would make Nekrataal redundant next to Bone Shredder AND Shriekmaw. Maybe cut the Capsule for the Delver?

I looked through the giant box last night, and although I found a few playables in there, none of them were Reliquary Towers. I'll see if I can find any more in the binders tonight, but we might just have to spend some carseat change on them.

I'm working on rebuilds of my current two EDH Decks, this is what I'm possibly looking at for Kresh. I'm trying to use more CPT creatures, more creatures in general, more synergy with skullclamp/gravepact/erratic portal, etc. I also don't think I had enough enchantment / artifact hate in both of my decks so I've added some more functionality for that here. The creature count is now at a whopping 33.
Any suggestions appreciated. I know some of the CPT creatures are sub-par, but it's more about fueling the deck along and being able to sac / recur them often. The few spells I have in the deck are mostly redundancies in case of troublesome cards like humility or portcullis, or global resets. Plague Wind (which was also in the previous build) has generally been an allstar in this deck.
You will notice less ramping effects, I've converted most of them to ramping creatures or other cards, the main reason for this being that the curve of the deck is very low at the moment. The only big hitters are likely to be reanimated.

Trying to find room for Spine of Ish Shah, or something similar that can handle planeswalkers. Also a Brainspoil as well. I might switch out Promise of Power for Brainspoil (even though the transmute would target it). Promise of Power has worked fine in playtesting but it's expensive to cast and Brainspoil is better in most situations for me.
Edit* made a few changes

"Something similar" to the Spine would probably be either Mold Shambler or Woodfall Primus.

One card that sticks out to me is Goblin Ruinblaster, for two reasons. One, you already have an Avalanche Riders, which do the same thing at a slightly better cost (single red as opposed to double red) and an Acidic Slime for LD spells. Two, the "kicker" mechanic only happens when you cast him, not when he comes back from a Reanimate or the like (so you can't rebuy his LD ability). I would rather have a Fulminator Mage or a Ravenous Baboons if you REALLY need a second LD spell.

Yeah I'm considering both of those for the deck. They accomplish pretty much what I would want out of the spine and both are creatures with CPT effects. Primus will probably find it's way in somehow.
It's getting really hard to fit / cut cards into both Kresh and Uril (as EDH should be), I may bring my box of EDH goodies on Thursday and see if you guys can help with the last few changes (if there's time).
Also, If anyone has them I'm looking for 2 each of the following commons-
Sylvan Ranger (M11) Cadaver Imp (Rise of Eldrazi)
Uncommons:
1 Vampire Hexmage 1 Dreamstone Hedron
I'm pretty sure in the boxes / binders at your house Travis there should be plenty of Cadaver Imp, Dreamstone Hedron, and Hexmage, it's just a matter of where. If you have a moment to look for em let me know, I could always throw you a buck if I've got some cash on me or if there's something from my brother's box you need that would work too.
I'm also interested in trade if anyone has the following-
Momentus Fall Bloodchief Ascension Sarkhan Vol

Sylvan Ranger, Cadaver Imp, and Vampire Hexmage should all be no problem. Unfortunately, I had to buy a couple copies of Dreamstone Hedron for my decks, and they are all currently in use (triple Mind Stone is quite good). If you don't mind the Chinese variations, I have an extra Momentous Fall and Bloodchief Ascension. Don't think I have an extra Sarkhan Vol, but it's apparently still about $6 on eBay right now (no idea why). And yes, cutting cards is tough in this format. Welcome to EDH.

Sounds good. Are you sure on Dreamstone Hedron? I thought one of the boxes or binders (more likely the box in this case) had 2-3 copies of it. If not, oh wells, it's not going in any of my current decks it was just something for the future.
Chinese versions are fine, in fact preferred. I'm not sure what I have to offer ya but we'll figure something out. I'll probably bring my shoebox to EDH on Thursday which has some of my brother's goods along with the rest of my EDH considerables.

After further review, I'm positive about the Hedrons because at 6 mana they are a Treasure Mage target, and I immediately wanted one to replace Thran Dynamo in both Oona and Brion.
I also wasn't able to find any Sylvan Rangers, but I have plenty of Hexmages and Imps, and I set one of each aside for tomorrow.
