I was thinking of running this in Modern, once it's the proper season. It was a strong deck back in that block, and I think there's a chance that it still is. HOWEVER. I don't have the exact list.... Anybody know where to find one/have a link?

FINE. KITHKIN. Damnit Fuck you WotC. I wanted to play Bitterblossom. Yeah, but so did every other Fae player, and no one really needs that to happen all over again.

This is true, and totally understandable. I'm not THAT shocked by the banning. However, the Fae are good, but they, again are going to be up against a lot of decks that can just wreck them. Remember Volcanic Fallout? Oh yeah, here's a Massacre Wurm. I don't know if Fae will be that O.P. in a larger format...

Zach being someone that has played against and played with Fae before, I can assure you that they would have no trouble thriving in this format and it's a godsend that Wizards banned Blossom.
Even with the printing of Volcanic Fallout, Fae fought through it and people would also tend to forget about how busted they could get and would start playing less fallouts. I remember in the 5k that I got 12th place in, my one loss in the Swiss other than the one that bumped me out of top 8 was against fae, and this was when I was running a Jund build with fallout, blightning, leech, thoughtseize, etc.
The problem with fae is that they set up a ridiculous clock, and if they get a reasonable starting hand they can just crush almost any draw. Starting with a t2 blossom into sprite into mistbind clique is a backbreaker. There are decks that can have a reasonable win percentage against fae, but if fae gets a solid hand it can still get there. They can also adapt very well deckbuild wise, much like Caw Blade, for whatever the metagame is.
