I think one thing that also might help about the Naya version (not sure if your 4-color was running this) is the added aspect of Galvanic Blast and Brimstone Volley. Just having a smidge more cheap removal might spell a change there. Also flipping huntsmaster can burn out dudes which happened all the time when severa played against me with it. He'd just be like "not play a spell, flip huntsmaster, kill dude and shoot you". Next turn, "play two mana dorks, flip huntsmaster, gain 2 life and get a 2/2". The card is seriously bonkers.

Two sideboard cards that I thought of but didn't have with me are Ratchet Bombs and Corrosive Gales. Both of those would solve a lot of my problems. I'll have to make sure I bring at least two of each with me.
Tentative sideboard would be something like this:
2 Corrosive Gale 2 Ratchet Bomb 2 Ancient Grudge 2 Ray of Revelation 1 Daybreak Ranger 1 Acidic Slime 1 Creeping Renaissance 1 Brindle Boar 3 Oblivion Ring

After testing last night against the likes of BW tokens, RDW, and mono-black Zombies, all without the Celestial Purges that I cut from my board, I now wish I had them back in. So far, Ray of Revelation hasn't proven important enough in any matchup (BW tokens is fine with Ratchet Bomb and Corrosive Gale).
So, for now, +2 Celestial Purge, -2 Ray of Revelation.

I really liked some of the ideas Pat had going on last night with his Pod deck. Tezzeret adds another element that is really tough to deal with on top of just the podding. I think his list needs some changes, but it seemed like Pat was aware of that too, and once those kinks are ironed out he could be onto something strong.
I'm holding my breath for avacyn restored before trying anything new. I've really liked playing that Sun Titan control list though, it comes out of left field and can compete, but it needs a little more late game then it has and there's always the question of whether or not it would just be better to play something like U/B/W solar flare instead.
