Hey guys, there's a standard tournament this saturday (3/24) in Manitowok. Entry is 25 dollars, first place wins 500. Jabe, McKinly and I are all planning on going, after playtesting friday night at Misty. I will be playing either Delver Spirits or some control variant, I have yet to decide.
If anybody else is interested, but doesn't have the cards they need for a deck, let me know. if I don't have it, McKinly or Jabe will.

I picked up a stromkirk noble in draft winnings last night but unfortunately I have a potluck I'm going to on Saturday so I don't think I'll be able to make it. Sounds like fun otherwise.
Starcity 5k (Standard and Legacy) is still coming up though. It's in Madison on May 12 and 13th.
Grand Prix Minneapolis (Standard) is May 19-20th.

I'll definitely be going to the Starcity 5k in May. As for the Grand Prix in Minneapolis. I don't know. It depends on what I'm doing for a job at the time...

Unfortunately, and don't take this the wrong way... You're really just a bad and mono red deck, and a slower humans deck. Both of which you kind of have to use as a guideline when building something like this. Unless your creatures stay on the board, and go unchecked, allowing them to grow, you've got a lot of underwhelming cards. Here's what I mean...
Bloodcrazed Neonate: This guy has to attack every turn, which in some situations is just really bad for you. Particularly against matchups like humans. Against other Mono red decks he's fine, but not likely to live much longer than your Stromkirk Noble
Markov Blademaster: For a three mana 1/1 with double strike, you'd be better off playing one of the Crusaders from Besieged. He doesn't have haste, so he's not an immediate threat, like Chandra' Phoenix are, and he doens't have the protections that the crusaders have. Until somebody gives the blademaster some blades (Swords of War and Peace/Feast and Famine) he's just not all that great. You're waaaay better off running Chandra's phoenix in a format full of Tragic Slips and Gut Shots.
Rakish Heir: Decent enough card, if he weren't a 2/2 for 3. He's heavily reliant on your other creatures still being on the table, and a little useless since most of them grow on their own, and opponents will be able to recognize an immediately growing threat.
Oliva Voldaren: She's an extremely powerful card, but aside from machine gunning down an enemy horde, she doesn't do much else. And considering you need to have 4 mana to cast her, and you won't get to use her until the turn later, she just doesn't do enough. As awesome as it would be to steal a titan, your opponent has probably already gotten enough value out of it to begin with.
Faithless Looting: Should be a four of in any Red Deck.
Other Burn: The rest of your burn is perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately, you're going to be drawing just as much burn as you will creatures, and most of your creatures are unlikely to stick around for very long, due to their low toughness. Which leaves you as a burn deck, that only consists of 50% burn spells.
The reason Mono Red lists have been doing so well, is because they rely on creatures with Haste, so even with their relatively low stats, they're a burn spell that sometimes has Rebound. Your Stormblood Berserker is also way out of context here. All of your remaining creatures are vampires that benefit from Rakish Heir. Stomblood just says "Hi, I'm an occasional 3/3"
I think that if you WERE to run a vampire tribal deck, you may want to go more along the lines of a hearless summoning theme. A lot of the more powerful Vampires in the format right now are 4-5 drops. If you can be casting a Bloodlord of Vagsoth on turn 3.... You're in good shape. Unfortunately, you then end up with a lot of 4-5 drops, and you're in trouble without a Heartless Summoning.
The Mono Red lists that are around right now, are actually pretty well done. They also just destroy control decks, which are gaining in popularity. I don't think that there's actually a BAD matchup in the format for RDW.

If you are more concerned with running a faster list and the color is not as important, you might consider the Zombie route (either UB or BR or mono-black). There's at least 8 one-drops, so it gets off to a very fast start, and I'm sure you could come up with a red-splash version that would incorporate some burn spells.

There's a lot of merit for the B/R Zombie build as well. However, in U/B you get Captains and Images. And, Phantasmal Imaging a Geralf's Messenger or Phyrexian Obliterator is a total beating.
