Out of curiosity, how often is Koth actually affecting the games you have been testing with him? For me, I just find myself dedicating more cards and resources to keep him alive than what I should when he hits. Even in your decks, you've lost a lot of proliferation and other effects to ensure his ultimate goes off. Is it possible Koth should just be dropped entirely and replaced with something like molten-tail masticore, simulacrum, or batterskull?

I actually like the look of this deck. Primeval Titan does a lot of stuff this deck can't do, but I imagine Koth of the Hammer is quite good here. It's clearly a work in progress, but all the exile spells give you game against undying creatures, and Wurmcoil Engine further cements your matchups against aggressive decks. Planeswalkers should help against control, but Cavern does a lot of that work on its own."
