Travis, here's the list I'm running. For the RTR version, take out 3 mox diamond, life from the loam, 2 engineered explosives and add 2 abrupt decay and 4 deathrite shaman. I'm also considering removing Urborg for a Cavern of Souls.
Junk
4 Dark Confidant B 4 Knight of the Reliquary GW 4 Swords to Plowshares W 4 Inquisition of Kozilek B 3 Vindicate BW 3 Lingering Souls WB 3 Mox Diamond 1 Life from the Loam G 2 Umezawa's Jitte 3 Sensei's Divining Top 3 Liliana of the Veil BB 2 Engineered Explosives
24 Lands 1 Bojuka Bog 1 Karakas 1 Maze of Ith 4 Wasteland 4 Marsh Flats 4 Verdant Catacombs 3 Scrubland 2 Bayou 1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth 1 Forest 1 Plains 1 Swamp
SB: 2 Duress 2 Zealous Persecution 2 Choke 4 Sinkhole 3 Extirpate 2 Pernicious Deed
Cheers

Not a bad list. - Cavern definitely seems better than Urborg...you don't look like you need the fixing. - Explosives looks very out of place in this list, no problem there. - I keep thinking that shaving 1-2 Deathrite Shamans for a GSZ package might make sense, but it seems a little too greedy. - Any thoughts on why you chose 4 Inquisition/2 Duress and 0 Thoughtseize/Cabal Therapy?

I was testing it a bit yesterday, and cavern was a tad akward occasionally. I'd like to try some more though. Abrupt Decay, Liliana, Vindicate all have multiple color requirements that cavern can't produce. Deathrite seemed great in the RUG matchup, and ok in others. Abrupt Decay seemed decent, but not super nuts. Didn't test it vs countertop though, which is where it shines.
You'd need way more design space to add a GSZ package. You'd need multiple GSZs, dryad arbor, scavenging ooze, qasali pridemage, and gaddock teeg (perhaps in SB). That's what I feel needs to be run to make it worth it. You could cut Lilys or Lingering Souls or Vindicates, but then it gets more creature heavy then I wanted it to be.
As far as discard goes, Inquisition gets almost every card I want to; running Bob makes me a bit wary of running too much life loss stuff (Thoughtseize). As far as cabal therapy goes, the only creature I don't really mind saccing is lingering souls. That's just not enough to run it for me.

I ran into a problem with the above list last week Thursday against Show and Tell.
The player was running Misdirections (not sure if this was MD or in the board). She was able to Misdirect my Sinkholes and Vindicates and completely prevent me from attacking her mana-base. Any thoughts on how to get around this?

Shrug, duresses/thoughtseizes. At least when they redirect it it's only a 2 for 2 (your land your spell for their misdirection/blue card).

Misdirection isn't exactly a common card right now either.
