It would seem that Warp World doesn't put Planeswalkers into play. Ruh Roh!

Any thoughts on Take another turn effects? On one hand, I'll get more planeswalker triggers but more turns are ultimately a dick move.

Extra turn effects pretty much come down to one question: Are you able to recur the spells multiple times, setting up a situation where you can take infinite turns?
If the answer is yes, then it's typically best to leave them out. Otherwise, you risk becoming an instant target from everyone who thinks you're just looking to combo out.
That said, a decent time walk that limits the appearance of going infinite is Savor the Moment. Skipping the untap step still lets you get an extra set of activations. Magistrate's Scepter also requires a ton of setup.

I don't know how much setup Magistrate's Scepter takes for this deck. I've got it set up where it is running tons of cards that add extra counters (doubling season, tons of proliferate. No tutors other than the planeswalkers but several tutor as an ability and artifacts are easy to find).
I'm definitely playing Savor the Moment. It's a great effect for the deck because early game it's a land drop and card draw (if nothing else). Late game it gives me another turn of Planeswalker effects.

RE: Magistrate's Scepter
What I meant to say was that it actually requires some work to abuse, as opposed to just getting a Tamiyo emblem and playing Time Warp over and over.
