Ok, so door doesn't seem to be working out well enough to consider playing it competitively so I'm working out what I want to play on cockatrice.
What decks should be in the gauntlet?
I have a decklist that merits testing in my opinion. So far I have been beating red deck fairly frequently with it and need to know what else it can beat and what it can't so I can get a reasonable board together.

In terms of testing for now, I would just look at the T8 from the pro tour over the weekend. Probably the other decks that were 18+ points on the weekend, although most of those were pretty close to what ended up being in the top 8.
As the weeks progress, you can add anything that pops up out of the SCG series as a new deck. I'm sure the meta will fluctuate a bit as Milwaukee approaches.

Agreed with Andrew and as I mentioned on your legacy thread www.mtgpulse.com has decklists in cockatrice format
