Hey all,
Wondering if I can get some opinions on the following cards for my cube: - Balance - Mind Twist
Should they stay or should they go? If they go, I already have replacements in mind for them, so please don't spam me with other cards to add. I really just want some opinions on these specific cards.
Thanks!

Here are my thoughts, as opposed to my knee jerk no on fb.
Balance - I have mixed feelings on this. Without power, there are far fewer ways to make this totally busted in terms of totally blowing someone out. Given the current list you have proposed and the general focus of your cube, I don't know if this will be as crazy as it could be. However, I'm still leery of this card simply because I can remember it almost never being a bad thing. I would be inclined to include it initially, with the option to cut down the road if it proves to be too oppressive. I will say, chances are good that it's a p1p1 every single time.
Mind Twist - Early game, this is just ridiculous. There will be those times where somebody gets this and a sol ring, and proceeds to blow someone out for 3 random cards on turn 2. They will most likely win those games (although, one could argue Sol Ring might be the true problem in that equation). Late game, it's probably not going to be nearly as good though. Again, I would probably air on the side of just watching it.

If it helps, the cards I would replace them with are Blind Obedience (originally had BO as a WB card, but it's really just white) and Living Death (seems like a much more fun card).

I can see Blind Obedience. Not sure how I feel about Living Death in cube though. Have you seen it in other lists? I guess it's a wrath, worst case scenario.

Living Death supports the Black Reanimator deck. Who else is drafting the overcosted fatties?

New question: pick two of three for Izzet-colored bombs... - Dominus of Fealty - Call the Skybreaker - Hypersonic Dragon

New question: what are your thoughts on Upheaval in this cube, either with or without Psychatog in the same cube?

Upheaval = awful card. No Care to elaborate a bit more on this? I'm kinda on the fence about it and I'd like to hear more than just a yes or a no.

I typically just think resets of this magnitude are a time-sink. Just makes games go longer and even though it might give a person a chance to get back in a game I'd prefer a spell like evacuation or devastation tide. Messing with lands, especially in mass, is annoying as we know from EDH, and definitely makes for some uber-long games
