Yeah, that's the 2nd or 3rd time that guy has written about a decklist like that. I actually posted a video of LSV playing an earlier version of that list somewhere on this thread. The card interactions are pretty hilarious. Now, if only I had Sphinx's Revelations...

Oh yeah dude, Travis Woo's articles are hilarious, he's always writing about insane decks. I went 3-1 at Misty again tonight with the following: 4 Rakdos Cackler 4 Stromkirk Noble 1 Stonewright 3 Lightning Mauler 4 Ash Zealot 4 Pyreheart Wolf 4 Hellrider 2 Archwing Dragon 4 Pillar of Flame 4 Searing Spear 3 Traitorous Blood 20 Mountain 3 Cathedral of War Sideboard: 3 Mizzium Mortars 3 Flames of the Firebrand 3 Furor of the Bitten 3 Frostburn Weird 2 Zealous Conscripts 1 Mountain Lost to Evan playing Junk Aggro, Beat U/W Tempo, Reanimator, and something else I can't remember. Overall I liked my list a good deal at this point, although I took my 3 tormod's crypts out thinking the reanimator guy wasn't there and then he showed at the last minute . The 3 traitorous blood spots main could be either those or burn or something else, I'm undecided on it. I'd like more of an answer to annoying midrange lifegain cards and big dudes, but options are quite limited in mono red it seems. Cathedral of War was great, added so much reach to the deck and let me power up in the aggro wars. Balanced some otherwise mediocre hands and made ash zealot pretty nuts.

Used some Christmas money to pick up what was necessary to play omnidoor on tuesday, went 3-1. Losing only to Evan who was also playing omnidoor as well, but with a bit more flash going on and more counterspells. I won through nicol bolas several times. There were several scoops as I dumped large quantities of stuff onto the field with omniscience. I did not get to show anyone the door, unfortunately. I also won with a 21/3 powered thragtusk once(thank you wolf run). Awesome deck I also played legacy today with welder mud. Went 3-1. Tangle wire was an all star all day as it locked people out allowing me to play awesomeness first. I saw many force of wills and bated them pretty well. Mostly killed people with blight steel and sundering titan. I got at least a kill with tezzeret. Ended up pulling the last sphinx's revelation I need to fully power my door.

Way to go Pat! Now I have to get back into the Legacy scene again.
EDIT: Pat, can you post your MUD list in the Legacy forum?

What's really awesome about that deck is that it is only $55.

heck yeah. His list is almost identical to what I've been playing for the last week or two. Maindeck Zealous Conscripts has been sooo good for me. Only big difference is I've been playing cathedral of war and more lands
EDIT*
LOLOLOLO love this kid's bio-
"Age: 24
Occupation: Valet
Hometown: Cincinnati, OH
Archetype: Mono Red
Which Sideboard card won you the most games? Tratorous Blood
How many different decks did you face today? I played RB Aggro 7 times to 6-1 success. 1 Thragtusk in 10 rounds? Makes it easy for a mono red player."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There's a variety of lists out there for it, here was the newest one that did well pre-gatecrash- mtgpulse.com/event/11990#167914I haven't seen a new gatecrash one yet other than the one that top 8'd SCG Atlanta this weekend (4-color tokens)- mtgpulse.com/event/12074#169174Results are in now too from that, looks like most of what was expected showed up. Nothing crazy from what I've looked through so far although some cool stuff to think about. The B/W List I was testing last week was this- 4 Doomed Traveler 4 Angel of Jubilation 2 Obzedat, Ghost Council 3 Dead Weight 3 Oblivion Ring 3 Beckon Apparition 2 Midnight Haunting 3 Orzhov Charm 4 Gather the Townsfolk 4 Lingering Souls 4 Godless Shrine 4 Isolated Chapel 4 Orzhov Guildgate 6 Plains 4 Swamp 2 Vault of the Archangel

So, at a guess, a Junk Tokens list would be something along the lines of...
4 Doomed Traveler 4 Intangible Virtue 2 Gather the Townsfolk 4 Lingering Souls 3 Sorin, Lord of Innistrad 2 Garruk, Relentless 3 Oblivion Ring 3 Midnight Haunting 3 Selesnya Charm 3 Abrupt Decay 3 Thragtusk 2 Obzedat, Ghost Council 4 Godless Shrine 4 Temple Garden 2 Overgrown Tomb 2 Woodland Cemetary 3 Isolated Chapel 2 Sunpetal Grove 2 Vault of the Archangel 2 Plains 2 Swamp 1 Forest
